However, there is a simple fix for this. Install a web browser blocker that blocks certain websites for a predetermined amount of time. Not only will this get your to refocus your brain on what’s important, but it will also get you out of the habit of constantly going from one project to another. Studies have shown that people check their social media and messages up to 500 times today, totally a crazy 5 hours of our waking hours. If that sounds high to you, it’s been shown that most people are wrong about how much they spend on social media. Track your hours on your phone, or make sure you’re not distracting yourself and you’ll have a ton of more time to be productive.
Organizing your life is also an excellent way to make sure that you’re more productive as a human. If you take the time each morning to review your tasks, and each night to write down what you need to do for the next day, you’ll be much better at building healthier and more productive habits. This is essential when it comes to getting work done and producing more content, or getting work done. By creating a plan for your work, and sticking to it, you’ll find that you free up your time just based on eliminating the time in-between tasks. That time in between your tasks, or when you think you’re multitasking can actually add up to a huge amount of time wasted, and you’re not going to be as good when it comes to your work. Instead, you should make sure that you’re building healthy habits by working on one project at a time and dedicating the right amount of effort for each one.
